At The Iron Snail, we stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our garments. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse inspects the goods.
